Customer Review at Amazon about Brick Joystick 001

AMAZON VERIFIED PURCHASE(WHAT’S THIS?)
THIS REVIEW IS FROM: BRICK JOYSTICK 001 (STICK+BEND TYPE) FOR SMARTPHONE GAME - IPHONE / IPAD / IPOD TOUCH / GALAXY SERIES (ELECTRONICS)
I HAVE TRIED FLING (REGULAR AND MINI) AND I HAVE TRIED THUMBIES; NEITHER COMPARE TO THE BRICK JOYSTICKS. THE BUILD QUALITY IS REALLY TOP-NOTCH. AS YOU MAY HAVE GUESSED IF YOU’VE LOOKED OVER THEIR WEBSITE, THEY ARE PROUD OF THIS PRODUCT AND IT SHOWS. THE PACKAGING IS ALSO VERY SLICK.

BRICK JOYSTICKS BLOW FLING OUT OF THE WATER BOTH AESTHETICALLY AND FUNCTIONALLY. THE “TOUCH” SENSITIVITY IS THE BEST I’VE SEEN IN A JOYSTICK LIKE THIS (ALTHOUGH I STILL SWITCH TO THE INVISIBLE GAMEPAD STICKERS IF I NEED ABSOLUTE SENSITIVITY), AND THE LOW-PROFILE MAKES THE JOYSTICK VERY RESPONSIVE TO MOTION. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE “STICK” TYPE JOYPAD’S SUCTION CUP WILL SLIDE AROUND THE SCREEN A BIT AS YOU PLAY SO YOU HAVE TO READJUST THE POSITION EVERY FEW MINUTES. IT IS STILL A PRICE WORTH PAYING FOR THE KIND OF PRECISION BRICK JOYPADS BRING TO TOUCHSCREEN GAMING.

I AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE “BEND” TYPE JOYSTICK. IT PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF MOTION BUT STILL “SNAPS BACK” TO A DEFAULT POSITION WHEN YOU LET IT GO.

Which Joystick Do You Need? The Bend Type.

You can use the Bend Type Brick Joystick for games in which a free adjustment of direction is required without the limitations of joystick being planted in one corner. Adjust the length of the band in accordance with the size of smartphone screen, and wrap the band around the device (size can be adjusted in three increments; 3.5 in/4.3-4.5 in/5-5.3 in).

Which Joystick Do You Need? The Stick Type

You can use Stick Type for games in which the controls simply call for basic up/down/left/right joystick’s action. Simply attach and secure the joystick’s position in the corner of the screen by using the Brick’s suction plate.
